Some programs will continue as usual during the holidays. However, part of our teams will be working from home and will be offering virtual activities until January 9 inclusively (updates will be made according to the situation). Here is a list of activities that will be put on hold, have reduced hours, or be offered online. Some exceptions may be made for emergencies (please contact us for more information):

As group courses are still not authorized under the current government guidelines, we made the decision to cancel all our group swimming lessons, kids’ sports activities, and small group courses for the winter session. We hope to be able to offer our spring session at the end of March.
Course fees will automatically be credited to your account, so you can use this credit on our services in the future.
All courses will continue thanks to our virtual campus. They will all be held online, so you can learn from the comfort of home. In-person courses are on hold for now.

As for community programs, most programs will switch to a virtual format (see question 4 for more information).
