Pilates Fusion is a combination of Pilates and strength training that is beneficial for men, women, and people who are young, old, athletic, sedentary or in physical therapy.
This type of training is both gentle and athletic and leads to body transformation.
Pilates teaches participants to be mindful of their movements. By safely integrating the pelvis, torso and shoulder girdle and practicing proper breathing techniques, this practice creates body awareness and relaxes tight and tense muscles, combined with strength training that builds muscles and muscle strength, anaerobic endurance, and bone density.
Pilates Fusion classes use many different accessories: free weights, small balls, Pilates rings, sliding discs, Bosu ball, and more.
