Training that emphasizes the gaining of starting power, acceleration, pure speed, agility, direction changes and other physical abilities that improve performance in individual and team sports.  Training principles such as plyometric, bouncing, pure and resistance running allow the participants to experience a pronounced curve of improvement to improve their performance.
