The “Pilates-Stretching” class is the perfect combination of floor exercises, which activate circulation and deep tone the body, and mat exercises, which aim to improve flexibility of major muscle groups, such as the hamstrings, quadriceps, etc. This class promotes good posture and body balance while developing strength, flexibility and endurance.
