House Dance

House Dance  New

House Dance is a style of dance born in the Chicago and New York underground club scenes in the late ‘70s and early ‘80s. Improvisation, or freestyle, is at the heart of this style, characterized by jacking movements and complex footwork. With influences in tap, jazz, and African and Latino dance, as well as martial arts, the style is infused with musicality and soul. House Dance is synonymous with freedom and improvisation, making you feel the music.
