Reopening of the swimming pools as of March 8 - Cartierville, du Parc and Saint Roch YMCAs

Following the government’s latest announcements, we are pleased to announce that as of March 8, the Cartierville, Du Parc and Saint-Roch YMCA pools will reopen for free swim sessions.

However, aquatic courses and certifications (including our lifesaving courses) along with other physical activities, including free practice in sports facilities, will remain on hold in all our centers until further notice.

All membership payments will of course remain suspended.

Saint-Roch YMCA: Our fitness activities will resume on March 15

We are excited to announce that our individual fitness activities, including access to the gym, conditioning room and track, will resume as of March 15!

Do you have clear goals? Do you want to reach them quickly? Are you already working out, but not making you had hoped for? Do you want to get back into shape, but don’t know where to start?  

Our private trainers are certified professionals that can adapt your training program to your fitness level, personal tastes and schedule. With the help of a private trainer, you will learn proper techniques and how to make the most out of your training session. Your private trainer will motivate you and encourage you to reach your goals.

Types of private sessions

  • Private (1 person);
  • Semi-private (2 people);
  • Small group (3 to 4 people).
