Starting on May 14, in compliance with the latest government announcements, wearing a mask in enclosed or partially enclosed public spaces such as your YMCA will no longer be mandatory.

Each person can choose to continue wearing a mask and we ask you to please respect their decision to continue protecting themselves effectively against COVID-19.

Do you have clear goals? Do you want to reach them quickly? Are you already working out, but not making you had hoped for? Do you want to get back into shape, but don’t know where to start?  

Our private trainers are certified professionals that can adapt your training program to your fitness level, personal tastes and schedule. With the help of a private trainer, you will learn proper techniques and how to make the most out of your training session. Your private trainer will motivate you and encourage you to reach your goals.

Types of private sessions

  • Private (1 person);
  • Semi-private (2 people);
  • Small group (3 to 4 people).
