Functional Training

A strength-building workout with superset and/or circuit weight-training to promote endurance and strength in daily life.

Each workout is different, employing a range of strength-building exercises that work one or more muscle groups, such as deadlifts, squats, bent-over rows and shoulder presses. Small group class.
