Introduction to lifesaving skills, offered to children aged between 11 and 13 years able to swim 100m.

PREREQUISITE
Must be able to swim 100 metres.
INTRODUCTORY LEVEL
This certification will increase understanding of lifesaving skills.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
Ability to find solutions to various problems while developing individual and group decision-making abilities.
Personal water safety skills.
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) techniques and Aqua Bon® practices.
CERTIFICATION
It is valid for life and recognized across Canada.
