The following activities are now included in your membership:
- Individual open practice activities in the gym and racquet sports*
- Aquatic activities (lane and open swim sessions**)
- Access to the conditioning room
- Access to the running track
- Access to in-person group fitness classes.
*You can practise these activities alone, in pairs, or with members of your household. These activities are including in your membership at no extra cost.
**Access to open swim sessions is on a first come, first served basis.
***We recommend reserving your spot in advance to ensure you can take part in your favourite courses. Additionally, we ask that if possible you arrive already dressed in your workout clothes.
Please note that
- you will have to wear a mask when you come to the centre (and while moving around and while using the machines),
- follow physical distancing guidelines at all times,
- et and reserve a spot (except for the city lanes swim and free swim).
